Die Grüne Bettlad is not your typical hotel. The four newly renovated rooms and a full-service self-contained apartment create an intimate ambiance for guests and friends to get together.

The interiors reflect the spirit of the house, using simplicity to create a contemporary style.

Our rooms are surrounded by Black Forest timbers lined with traditional clayed walls, a very healthy atmosphere that allows for a restful sleep. An entertainment system and an open closet design suits the requirements of the modern traveller. The new bathrooms have been complemented with underfloor heating.

What better after a long day to settle comfortably in front of a good movie. Die Grüne Bettlad has a cosy lounge room where you can get together with family and friends to enjoy the evening. Or find a place in the seating area on the gallery or in summer in the courtyard to read a book. 

activities

Staying at Die Grüne Bettlad means a wide range of outdoor activities. Walk, jog, run, hike or cycle through the numerous vineyards or forest tracks in summer. Play at the traditional Baden-Baden Golf-Club, founded in 1905, which is reached in 15 minutes by car. Europa-Park 40 minutes away is a great family day out. In the winter you will find ten ski slopes with more than 15 lifts spread out in an area of 25 km on our doorstep. The less experienced skiers will find ideal conditions to practice even in the evenings under floodlights.
